Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided under the "Deliver Hub" brand by A R Courier and Cargo Services ("Deliver Hub", "we", "us") — a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 07EAQPK5369J1ZY), with its principal place of business at Shop No 8, Ansari Market, Darya Ganj, New Delhi – 110002. By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and either a resident of India or an entity registered under Indian law to use Deliver Hub. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including KYC documents. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or fail KYC verification.

2. Services

Deliver Hub operates as a technology aggregator connecting shippers (you) with third-party courier partners. We are not a licensed courier and do not physically handle shipments; the courier partner you select is the party contracted to deliver each shipment.

3. Fees & Payments

Shipping charges are computed as (courier base rate + fuel surcharge + GST + platform margin + platform fee). Each component is displayed on the rate breakdown before you book. Wallet top-ups are processed via UPI, netbanking, or card. COD remittance is subject to KYC approval and follows the schedule stated in your merchant dashboard.

4. Weight Disputes

If a courier weighs your shipment differently from what you declared, we will attempt to dispute the discrepancy on your behalf. Successful recoveries are credited to your wallet. Some courier decisions are final and non-appealable — you accept this risk when using the service.

5. Prohibited Shipments

You may not use Deliver Hub to ship items prohibited under Indian law, including but not limited to: narcotic drugs, arms and ammunition, live animals, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and items infringing intellectual property. We reserve the right to cancel and report shipments containing such items.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliver Hub's liability for any loss or damage arising from a shipment is limited to the courier's declared liability under its own terms of service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not extinguish accrued obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
