What deposit tier do I need to start?
Deposits start at a minimum tier and scale up — higher deposits unlock lower wholesale rates, which widens the margin you keep on every shipment. Talk to us and we will share current tiers and the rate card that applies.
How is commission calculated?
You set the markup over your wholesale rate, scoped as narrowly or as broadly as you want. The platform retains a small percentage; everything above that is yours. Commission accrues on every shipment your sub-merchants book and settles weekly.
Can I set different markups per sub-merchant?
Yes. Rate card overrides are scoped by sub-merchant, courier and service, so you can price your enterprise accounts, your resellers and your long-tail merchants independently.
What visibility do my sub-merchants have?
They see the rates you set — not your wholesale rates and not your margin. They operate their own merchant panel; you see the aggregate across all of them in the Franchise panel.
When do commission payouts start?
The commission ledger is live from day one. Automated weekly bank payouts via Razorpay X switch on as soon as our payment onboarding completes — until then, settlements are reconciled manually on request.
