Cookie policy

This policy describes the cookies and similar browser-storage items set across the Deliver Hub marketing site, the merchant dashboard, the admin console, and the tracking pages. The service is operated by A R Courier and Cargo Services, a Delhi proprietorship (GSTIN 07EAQPK5369J1ZY), operating under the brand name Deliver Hub, with its registered office at Shop No 8, Ansari Market, Darya Ganj, New Delhi 110002, India.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on your device. We also use related browser-storage APIs such as localStorage to remember preferences. Where this policy says cookie, read it as cookie or equivalent browser-storage item.

2. First-party items we set

We do not currently load third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts on Deliver Hub. The only items we set are the first-party items listed below, all of which are strictly necessary for the service to function or to remember your UI preferences.

• Authentication session: a secure, HttpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in. Cleared when you sign out.
• Consent record: records that you have seen and acknowledged this cookie policy, so we do not re-prompt on every visit.
• admin.sidebar.sections: a localStorage entry on the admin console that remembers which sidebar sections you have collapsed.
• merchant.sidebar.sections: a localStorage entry on the merchant panel that remembers which sidebar sections you have collapsed.
• announcement.v1.dismissed: a localStorage entry that remembers you dismissed the current product announcement banner, so we do not show it again.

3. Third-party cookies

Our payment provider sets its own cookies inside the checkout iframe when you top up your wallet or pay an invoice. Those cookies are controlled by the payment provider under its own privacy and cookie policy and are not accessible to Deliver Hub.

4. Analytics and marketing

We do not currently run third-party web analytics (such as Google Analytics or PostHog) on the Deliver Hub properties. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy and offer an opt-in or opt-out in line with the applicable law.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Every modern browser exposes a per-site cookie toggle under Settings > Privacy. Disabling the authentication cookie will sign you out of the merchant and admin panels. The marketing site remains browsable without any cookie enabled.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts of competent jurisdiction.

7. Grievance

Grievance Officer appointment pending. Contact grievance@deliverhub.in in the interim. We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days as required by IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(2)(a).
