No 99.9% SLA promise today — on purpose

We are not posting a four-nines SLA number because we have not been in production long enough to have earned it. What we can promise: a public status endpoint that shows the truth every 30 seconds, nightly off-process database backups kept for 14 days, and an email address — ops@deliverhub.in — where a human reads outage reports.

This page polls /api/public/status every 30s. It is cache-busted and un-authenticated, so what you see is what our server sees. Checked at: —.
